Dear Valued Customer,
As at 25 March 2020:
As a community and a nation, we all face these unprecedented and concerning times and with each day and each announcement we all need to review our operations and activities with the best interests of our staff and the community in general.
Given the widespread concerns and existing Government advice and edicts over the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), Pantha Homes Pty Ltd like many other organisations, have been required to respond to the outbreak accordingly.
We are doing everything we can to ensure we continue to provide you with uninterrupted, quality service. To this extent, we have implemented several precautionary measures to enhance the safety and wellbeing of our employees, customers, and the wider community.
At this stage, our North Lakes Office remains open Monday to Friday but we will be limiting in-person meetings and observing the requirements for Social Distancing and Strict Hygiene controls. We will continue to review the unfolding situation on a daily basis and should an office closure be required we have contingency plans in place for essential administrative functions to continue to be able to be handled through work from home arrangements.
At this stage, our Display Homes remain open on their standard days of operation but visits must be by appointment only.
For an appointment to visit our Display Home at the Newport Display Village (Newport) please contact Pamela Ross via email email@example.com or mobile 0402 247 167.
For an appointment to visit our Display Home at North Harbour Display Village (Burpengary East) please contact Nathan Spence via email firstname.lastname@example.org or mobile 0401 907 156.

We are following the adoption of social distancing measures as advised by the Department of Health which includes:
Restricting face to face meetings and embracing other electronic communication mediums;
Providing direction and information to our employees regarding when we require them to self-isolate and how we will support them during this period; and Implementing strict hygiene requirements.
So for now, it is business as usual with no change to our administrative or construction services but of course we are subject to Government announcements, advice and rulings in regard to the Health advice associated with the COViD-19 situation which are evolving and subject to change each day.
